Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the testing and delivery of high-quality software solutions.

  • Domain Areas: Financial Services, Capital Markets and Risk

Main Responsibilities:

  • Heavy Front Office Trading (Listed, Derivatives, Fixed Income products)
  • Heavy Desktop (MS Windows) and Web applications
  • Testing in an Agile Delivery Model
  • Excellent communication skills

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Software Testing & Quality Assurance.
  • Thorough understanding of Test Management and Defect Management processes.
  • Solid understanding Manual testing process with knowledge of industry-wide quality and test processes.
  • Hands-on experience with HP ALM, JIRA and SQL.
  • Excellent written, oral communication skills with ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of the team with minimal supervision.

Working Closely:

We will be working closely with teams across financial services to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to mentor peers.
