Financial Leadership Role\Helpers: This is a highly skilled position that requires strategic thinking and strong leadership abilities to manage the company's financial operations. \

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.\/p>Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to prepare and review business plans and financial forecasts.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports and Management Information Systems (MIS) to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements. Ensure accuracy in financial records and coordinate year-end closings.
  • Coordinate internal and statutory audits, implementing corrective actions to address audit findings and ensure compliance with internal controls and operational standards.
  • Ensure tax compliance, including GST and corporate taxes, coordinating tax assessments, filing, and disputes with external consultants.
  • Implement maker-checker controls for financial transactions and act as the authorized signatory within prescribed limits for banking operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage cash flow and banking relationships for credit facilities and day-to-day operations, controlling the treasury function to ensure sufficient cash flow for operations and effective deployment of surplus funds.
  • Communicate effectively with investors, maintaining transparency and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Leverage ERP platforms to streamline financial processes and explore AI and ML technologies to enhance reporting and forecasting capabilities.
Requirements:
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 7-8 years in a senior role.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, tax management, auditing, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI and ML applications in finance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
