Project Architect Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to coordinate the complete project cycle, prepare high-quality construction documents, and ensure the design intent is intact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and relevant team handling experience.

  • 9+ years of experience as a Project Architect
  • Proficiency in Auto-CAD and expertise in structure coordination, MEP services, detailing drawings, and building codes
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputable institution

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with consultants, vendors, and visiting sites to ensure proper construction process till handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the complete project cycle
  2. Prepare high-quality construction documents
  3. Evaluate design proposals and select suitable options
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other design software
