The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing landscape architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and local regulations. Key responsibilities include developing conceptual and detailed designs, preparing master plans, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Project Responsibilities:

  2. Developing and executing landscape architectural designs for residential and commercial real estate projects.">
  3. Preparing master plans, layouts, planting schemes, hardscape designs, and other design drawings.">
  4. Collaborating with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants to ensure integrated project design.">
  5. Ensuring compliance with local municipal norms, environmental regulations, and project-specific guidelines.">
  6. Overseeing the implementation of landscape designs at project sites and coordinating with contractors and vendors.">
  7. Reviewing landscape BOQs, cost estimates, and construction drawings.">
  8. Conducting site assessments, soil analysis, and feasibility studies to support design decisions.">
  9. Preparing presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for internal approvals and client presentations.">
  10. Representing as a landscape design expert at meetings with relevant stakeholders.">
  11. Delivering excellent project work within agreed deadlines and within budget.">

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputable institution.">
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in landscape consultancy and real estate or large-scale development projects.">
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Photoshop, and Revit.">
  • Strong knowledge of landscape architectural design, hardscape materials, softscape/horticulture, planting design, soil conditions, subsoil and surface drainage systems, irrigation, and lighting systems.">
  • Familiarity with local development regulations, permissions, and Environmental norms.">
  • Excellent design visualization, communication, and project management skills.">
  • Ability to manage multiple projects Pan-India and collaborate with cross-functional teams.">
