Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and payroll. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting our organizational goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage hiring, screening, resumes, interviewing candidates, and facilitating offers.
    • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
    • Address employee issues, mediate conflicts, and work towards effective resolutions to promote a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management:
    • Manage and improve performances of various team members.
    • Manage performance evaluation and monitoring processes, including goal setting, feedback, and reviews.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and recommend appropriate development programs.
    • Facilitate or coordinate training sessions and professional development opportunities.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Assist in administering payroll processes and employee benefits programs.
    • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
    • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and analyze trends to support decision-making.

What We Require:

  • Any Graduate or postgraduate having a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in resolving employee grievances and resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
