Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Support professional to contribute to the growth and success of our healthcare ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks across business functions to ensure seamless execution.

  • Contribute to data analysis and process optimization to enhance operational performance.
  • Provide support to sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.

  • Participate in report preparation, documentation, and compliance checks to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure smooth service delivery and customer support processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decision-making.
  • Good understanding of operations, sales, or project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, Presentations).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or project management software is an added advantage.
  • Educational Requirement: Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • Prior internship or work experience in operations or related fields is highly desirable.
