AI/ML Developer Job Summary

Overview:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with experience in developing AI-powered applications. They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying robust backend software solutions using Python and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks for AI-powered features.
  • Build responsive frontend user interfaces using React to visualize and interact with complex AI models and data.
  • Utilize the Azure cloud platform for application development and deployment, exploring new cloud and AI/ML services.
  • Implement Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, to enhance model capabilities.
  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimal model selection.
  • Develop Agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks for autonomous reasoning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate cutting-edge research into impactful solutions.

Requirements:

  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong drive for continuous learning in AI/ML.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in AI model integration and optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience in developing AI/ML applications.
  • Hands-on experience with React for frontend development and Azure cloud services.
  • Knowledge of API development with FastAPI and Generative AI concepts.
  • Familiarity with RAG systems and Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
