About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior AI/ML Specialist to spearhead the development and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning models. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the design, deployment, and optimization of cutting-edge AI solutions.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and guidance to junior engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that leverage AI/ML technologies.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop innovative AI solutions that drive value and growth.
  • Model Oversight: Oversee the development and deployment of AI models, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Coding Expertise: Utilize your expertise in NLP, Python programming, LLMs, Deep Learning, and AI principles to drive the development of transformative technologies.
  • Leadership and Initiative: Actively lead projects and contribute to organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
  • Tech Awareness: Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.

Key Requirements

  • Hands-on expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, programming, and related concepts.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring junior engineers and setting strategies for AI model development and deployment.
  • Technical proficiency in implementing and optimizing advanced AI solutions using Deep Learning and NLP.
  • Experience with Large Language Models and integration frameworks.
  • Deep Learning OCR experience and working knowledge of neural networks.
  • Strong coding skills in Python, including related frameworks, best practices, and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with word embeddings, transformer models, and image/text generation and processing.
  • Deployment experience on Cloud or Kubernetes platforms.
  • Development methodologies and unit testing in Python.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services.
  • Experience with information security and secure development best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in IT with a focus on AI/ML practices and background.
