Expert AI Transformation Specialist

This role is a senior position focused on driving end-to-end AI transformation initiatives. Starting with thorough AI readiness assessments and data strategy, the expert will move on to model development, intelligent agent deployment, and automation.

Responsibilities include engaging directly with clients, conducting discovery sessions, and identifying AI opportunities to provide tailored solutions.

  • Develop scalable data pipelines and AI-ready data layers ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Deploy AI/ML models and intelligent agents integrated with business operations.
  • Ensure all solutions align with clients' data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/data transformation roles at a technology services company.
  • Proven track record of engaging enterprise clients and leading AI strategy execution.
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering, cloud data lakes, and modern AI/ML development workflows.

Additional qualifications include hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Familiarity with LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and vector databases is also beneficial. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP is advantageous.
