AI/ML Embedded Software Engineer Job

We're seeking an exceptional Embedded Software Engineer with expertise in AI/ML to design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge software solutions for real-time satellite intelligence.

This is a hands-on role that requires:

  • Configuring and managing Linux environments, including kernel modules, system tuning, cross-compilation, and deployment scripts.
  • Integrating ML models into embedded systems and collaborating with Data Science teams to enable deployment on resource-constrained hardware.
  • Developing and optimizing drivers, OS-level services, and low-level libraries for ML acceleration using C, C++, and Python.
  • Creating Dockerized applications for AI/ML workloads, ensuring portability, efficiency, and compliance with partner satellite company requirements.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining Edge AI development kits, ensuring smooth workflows for in-orbit simulation and testing. You'll also leverage CUDA, cuDNN, TensorRT (NVIDIA) and Vitis AI / OpenCL (Xilinx) to accelerate workloads.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement AI/ML-enabled embedded software solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into embedded systems.
  3. Develop and optimize low-level libraries for ML acceleration.
  4. Ensure seamless integration of AI/ML workloads with partner satellite company requirements.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proficiency in C, C++, and Python programming languages.
  • Experience with Linux environments, kernel modules, and system tuning.
  • Knowledge of ML frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Understanding of Dockerization and containerization principles.

As a remote-first position, you must be comfortable working independently and communicating effectively across global teams and partner satellite operators.
