Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Firmware Engineer to join our organization. The successful candidate will have extensive expertise in IoT embedded systems, with a strong background in microcontroller/microprocessor architecture and peripheral knowledge.

This role requires a tech-savvy individual who is passionate about driving innovation and development in the headless domain. Key skills include exposure to various RTOS, microcontroller peripherals, and drivers, as well as expertise in embedded Linux, device driver concepts, and inter-process communication.

The ideal candidate will also have hands-on programming experience in Embedded C, C++, and scripting languages like batch, shell, Python, and Node.js. Additionally, they should be familiar with IoT cloud services, such as AWS IoT, and have experience with software and hardware integration testing and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop firmware solutions for IoT devices using microcontrollers and microprocessors.
  • Design and implement device drivers for various peripherals.
  • Integrate IoT cloud services into firmware solutions.
  • Test and troubleshoot firmware solutions for reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and development.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in IoT embedded systems.
  • Strong understanding of microcontroller/microprocessor architecture and peripheral knowledge.
  • Hands-on programming experience in Embedded C, C++.
  • Familiarity with IoT cloud services and software/hardware integration testing.
  • M.Tech/B.Tech in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering from a good engineering college.
  • Passionate and tech-savvy individual.
