  • Guide customers through device activation steps, including the onboarding process and interaction with local cable operators for deployment.
  • Respond to incoming sales inquiries with relevant information about hotspots, including pricing and rewards system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate leads and follow-up.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work 6 days per week during business hours and occasional peak periods.
