HCM Implementation Lead

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM, driving the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Support: Responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring seamless integration with related modules.
  • Project Life Cycle: Drives the full project life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring successful delivery of projects.
  • Configuration and Maintenance: Configures and maintains timecard layouts and attributes, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM.
  • Development and Enhancement: Develops and enhances Fast Formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations, reports, and HCM Extracts.
  • Security and AORs: Manages security setup and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM.
