Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an expert in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 HCM modules, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and providing functional support for these systems.

Your primary focus will be on Core HR and Payroll, with a strong understanding of Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment being highly desirable. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.

Your key responsibilities will include preparing functional design documents (MD50/70), coordinating with technical teams for customizations, and assisting in testing, user training, and data migration activities. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve functional issues to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.

In this role, you will also provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users, ensuring their continued success with the system.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development
