Learning Experience Designer Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our team and support the development of engaging learning experiences for various audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective learning experiences using a range of delivery methods, including instructor-led training and eLearning modules
  • Create written learning materials, including documentation, one-sheets, reference guides, etc.
  • Develop and update content for eLearning modules, either creating new or using source materials provided by subject matter experts
  • Deliver presentations for live training sessions of varying learner audience sizes
  • Support the creation and distribution of best practices and guidelines for creating effective learning experiences
  • Lead live training sessions and track attendance metrics
  • Create Facilitator's guides
  • Support the rollout of technology learning initiatives
  • Develop schedules of learning deliverables to keep stakeholders informed and ensure timely delivery of learning
  • Maintain learning inventory to track deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years experience in Instructional Design driving training initiatives with results in meeting goals and stakeholder needs
  • Experience in designing and developing training content using various tools, with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Articulate 360 (Storyline), Canva, etc.
  • Experience in delivering instructor-led (classroom and virtual) training
  • Understanding of content fulfillment, digital workflows, asset and data management systems/platforms, multimedia formats, and localization asset creation and delivery is a plus
  • Excellent teamwork, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Must demonstrate positive attitude, ability to maintain professionalism in a high stress situation, and project self as a team player
