Job Title: Service Operations IP SME

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations IP SME to join our team at Clarivate. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with timely docketing and de-docketing of deadlines for patent & trademarks applications, and other administrative tasks as per PTO guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with docketing and de-docketing of deadlines for patent & trademarks applications
  • Perform administrative tasks as per PTO guidelines
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Document all quality assurance activities, test plans, and test cases
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on quality metrics, test results, and identified issues to stakeholders, management, and project teams
Requirements:
  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA graduates with minimum 50% aggregate
  • Minimum 6 years of IP experience
  • Team player: Encourage team bonding and ability to work cohesively
  • Eye for detail; High concentration and focus
  • Ownerships and Responsible behaviour
  • Cultural sensitivity, Resilience
  • Ability to do multi-task, day planning, prioritization of work etc.
  • Client Centricity and strong relational skills to work cohesively with cross functional services
About the Team:

The team consists of 10-15 members and is reporting to the Team Manager / Manager, Service Operations. Core process related responsibilities: IP docketing is the process of tracking deadlines related to the prosecution of patents, trademarks, and copyrights before their respective governing offices.

Working Hours:

You will be working for 40 hours/week (8 hrs a day; 5 days a week); you are entitled to get Overtime if you work beyond your working hours.

This is a permanent job role.
