Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Wealth Manager with a strong background in the financial services industry to lead our portfolio management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment goals and risk tolerance.
  • Provide personalized investment advice and recommendations based on individual needs and circumstances.
  • Manage clients' portfolios and monitor performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with goals and risk tolerance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and news, providing regular updates to clients.
  • Generate new business by identifying and pursuing new clients and opportunities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of investment products and services, effectively communicating them to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality and compliant client services.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a Wealth Manager in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of generating and maintaining a client base and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex investment issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Performance Metrics:

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Increase client retention and satisfaction by providing high-quality investment advice and personalized service.
  • Expand client base by generating new business through referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
