Senior Regulatory Compliance Expert

A senior regulatory professional is sought to assume a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of regulatory frameworks, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability within the organization.
Main Responsibilities- Monitor and report on compliance with SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations, guaranteeing timely submission of periodical reports to relevant authorities.
- Address investor grievances promptly, maintaining open communication channels and resolving issues efficiently.
- Coordinate scheme filings and regulatory updates, providing guidance on Employee Dealing Policy and ensuring timely closure of pending commitments.
- Maintain a comprehensive Compliance Manual, offering expert insights on regulatory changes and their implications.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth front-office transactions, employee trade monitoring, and audit compliance.
- Working knowledge of SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations, RBI, FEMA, and NBFC-related compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, and applicable rules for ensuring group company compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
