Job Overview

This position is responsible for managing daily site activities based on project plans and ensuring alignment with technical specifications.

  • Plan and execute daily site activities based on MS Project and POD.
  • Manage crane planning, mobilization, and heavy material movement.
  • Oversee wind turbine installation activities to ensure proper execution in line with drawings and specifications.
  • Allocate work to contractors and engineers, monitoring labor, tools, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify material readiness, safety, and compliance.
  • Ensure the proper execution of internal line works and survey-based layouts.
  • Coordinate contractor attendance, skill card verification, and toolbox talks.
  • Support customer inspections and ensure timely sign-off of milestones.

Mechanical & Technical Oversight

  • Approve crane movement routes and ensure lift planning is in place.
  • Validate the fitness of lifting tools, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Lead the establishment and operation of site repair facilities.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant experience in wind project execution and willingness to work across Pan India.

Responsibilities Include:
