**Job Title:** HR Systems Administrator

About the Role:

We seek an experienced and detail-oriented professional to oversee our HR systems architecture, ensuring seamless operation, accurate data, and strategic support for human resource needs across the organization.

This role is central to managing our global HR platforms, collaborating with data analysts for timely and accurate people analytics, and working closely with IT on system integrations and infrastructure updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR System Management: Manage the lifecycle of HR systems, including configuration, maintenance, and enhancement.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data, partner with analysts to deliver timely reports, and conduct regular audits for system integrity.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Serve as a bridge between HR and IT, ensuring HR technology aligns with company-wide system architecture, and collaborate with other business units on cross-functional processes.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials, and train HR team members and end users on system updates and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR systems administration within a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with SaaS-based HR platforms, strong understanding of HR processes, and demonstrated experience in systems integrations, project management, and change management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or reporting tools, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
