We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Product Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch solutions to our clients.
About the Job:
- To deliver projects with 0-5 years of experience and preferably with an instrumentation background.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Lead projects and teams with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Travel frequently for project implementations.
- An added advantage is having QAMS/DMS/LIMS Domain Knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate Caliber products to customers.
- Perform on-site build installations and configurations.
- Ensure thorough understanding of customer requirements.
- Assist delivery lead in project kickoff and planning.
- Execute UAT/SAT, Installation Qualification protocol, and training for end-users.
- Support customers with onsite support and call handling.
- Reproduce reported issues or test cases at offshore.
- Maintain patches and execute installation of production builds and database maintenance plans.
- Support customers during PQ execution and interface configuration.
