**IAM Sailpoint Engineer Role**

This is a high-level IAM engineer position focused on supporting and optimizing Sailpoint software in mission-critical banking environments.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements, managing capacity and upgrades, leading major incidents, mentoring junior teams, and implementing automation standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and documentation abilities, and an ownership mindset suitable for 24x7 support rotations.

  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide L3-level support for IAM and Sailpoint systems in a complex banking environment.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, including PCI DSS and SWIFT Compliance.
  • Design, architect, and optimize Sailpoint platforms to manage capacity and upgrades efficiently.
  • Lead critical incident responses, mentor junior engineers, and produce post-incident reports.
  • Implement automation standards through scripting and Infra-as-Code techniques.
  • Participate in DR/BCP drills and performance baselining initiatives.
  • Strong focus on documentation, troubleshooting, and effective communication skills.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IAM and Sailpoint engineering.
  • Excellent understanding of ITIL processes and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SWIFT Compliance, Capacity Planning, and ServiceNow/BMC.
  • Experience with Vendor Admin Tools and Automation technologies.
