Experience a new challenge as an advanced Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) professional. We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ L3 Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support services, including advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements within the SailPoint platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 3 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, including complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Work on defect fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration updates to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Analyze logs and debug code to resolve intricate issues and improve overall system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement customizations, workflows, and integration updates that meet business requirements.
  • Manage connectors for various target systems, including Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, and web services.
  • Implement and manage SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications to maintain a secure and efficient IGA environment.
  • Perform environment upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to optimize system performance.
  • Support the onboarding of new applications and entitlement structures to ensure smooth system operation.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to ensure easy access to information.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, including hands-on experience with the product.
  • Strong background in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
  • Experience with integrating to target systems, including Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, and web services.
  • Good understanding of IGA concepts, including provisioning, workflows, certifications, access requests, and lifecycle events.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment and handle critical incidents effectively.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with SailPoint IIQ upgrades and migrations.
  • Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Understanding of compliance and audit requirements in IAM.
