Identity Governance and Administration Professional

Career Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Identity Governance and Administration to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions, as well as experience with role-based access control (RBAC) analysis and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC applications, Delimited File applications, Logical applications, and Active Directory and LDAP applications
  • Develop or work with forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates
  • Administer, implement, and support SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions
  • Launch certification campaigns and follow up on remediation processes
  • Coordinate and assist app teams in UAT

Requirements:

  • 7-9 years of experience as part of IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning
  • Administrating, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions
  • Experience on RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) analysis and implementation
  • Sailpoint IdentityNow certification

  • Role-based access control (RBAC) & attribute-based access control (ABAC)
  • Policy, risk, and compliance alignment (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
Job Requirements:

Key Skills:

  • IGA Development – Building or Implementing IGA solutions like SailPoint
  • Custom development of connectors, workflows, and provisioning scripts

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SailPoint products and technologies
  • Knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, etc.)
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters’ Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Working Environment:

This is a remote opportunity. The selected candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have excellent communication skills.
