Senior Automation Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Professional to join our Business Process Automation department. This role will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise and a proven track record in automation. They will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time and within budget.

The Senior Automation Professional will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Automation Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation projects.
  • Design and Develop Solutions: Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Systems: Identify and resolve issues with automation systems, ensuring their reliability and performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Coding Languages: Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3. Nice to have Java (basic level).
  • Product management & scoping: Experienced in technical scoping & project/scrum management.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.
