We're seeking a dynamic professional to manage all collection and dispute resolution activities in accounts receivable and related settlement processes.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Collection of invoices and management of all related processes, including dispute identification and resolution, account reconciliation, credit balance disposition, and unclaimed property administration.
  2. Effective communication and support of collection goals while providing quality customer service, actively pursuing knowledge of skills and tools used in all collection efforts.
  3. Follow-up with various departments to obtain supporting documents/info for dispute/deductions resolution.
  4. Ability to handle, troubleshoot, and resolve recurring or occasional bottlenecks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent MS Office skills, including MS Excel, and good conceptual knowledge and experience in tax activities preferred.
