Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Consultant

Senior Oracle HCM Consultant is responsible for providing technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on US and Canada Payroll. They will develop and support payroll data extracts using strong writing skills in Fast Formula development.

  • They have experience in BIP and OTBI development, as well as SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming.
  • They work with HDL, HCM Extracts, SDLC, and JIRA, with knowledge of Payroll Balance Initializations and Balance Adjustments for US and Canada localizations.
  • They prepare technical required documents and gather detailed technical requirements from the business.

Responsibilities:

  • They review open cases/issues and troubleshoot for resolution, coordinating with the team regarding required open tickets.
  • They consult on requested technical changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions.
  • They ensure data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts, validating accuracy through reporting and queries.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent graduate in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and Payroll area.

  • Ability to work night shifts.
