Agile Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in software development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management Lifecycle: Manage the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with distributed teams to ensure seamless execution, including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support.
  • Agile Ceremonies: Drive Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Technical Leadership: Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams.
  • Business-Technical Alignment: Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design.
  • Tech Validation: Leverage working knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams.
Requirements:
  • Strong Agile Methodology Knowledge: Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
