About this role:

You will be responsible for leading and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Lead and manage delivery teams, overseeing project managers, developers, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Support hiring and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage expectations, engaging in delivery governance forums and collaborating with sales teams on proposals and strategic initiatives.

Key requirements:

  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain, preferably with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domains.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects as applicable to the HLS industry, along with a good grasp of technology and product engineering.
  • Managing and leading highly skilled teams, including team leaders and product developers, to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • A minimum of 15 years' progressive experience in delivery leadership roles for software development and Salesforce management programs.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Leading delivery teams of up to 250 engineers, building and grooming next-level delivery leaders.
  • Maintaining a high-growth portfolio with annual revenue of $15M to $20M.
  • Tracking and controlling operational parameters such as utilization, pyramid, margin with attention to detail.
