Senior Project Delivery Specialist

You will serve as the primary point of contact between our clients, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Implement a comprehensive project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Manage project resources, monitor changes/variations, and ensure projects are completed within schedule while meeting client needs and business objectives.
- Foster collaboration among project stakeholders and ensure cooperative working relationships with client SMEs and project managers.
- Manage site delivery team performance and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients.
- Strong attention to detail, process-driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- 4+ years of experience in building construction industry.
- Relevant experience managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
- Degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction management or related field.
- Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
- Excellent team management and client-facing experience.
- Tech-savvy with experience adopting digital initiatives.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
