Job Title: Chief Enterprise Project Specialist

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead large-scale and complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.

They will oversee cross-functional teams, stakeholders, resources, and risks while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and delivery.

  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead large-scale and complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure execution adheres to defined strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Manage change requests and project deviations with minimal disruption to the project scope, cost, or timeline.
  • Oversee and manage project resources, ensuring efficient allocation and effective use.

Requirements:

  • 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles.
  • Expertise in SAP, Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Strong proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
