Senior Project Manager Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project reports, plans, schedules, and cost monitoring details for multiple assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, conduct site visits to verify progress and identify critical/risk issues.
  • Proactively support and manage the project plan/team, adhere to project timing and best practices to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Manage billing and payment processes as per terms and conditions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proper handing over of projects.
  • Monitor and close snags/observation points shared by clients during the defects liability period (DLP) and follow up on retention amounts.
  • Visit new project sites, prepare photographic reports, and submit them to the tender team.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and billing.
  • Manage costs effectively.
  • Handle vendor relationships.
  • Raise timely client bills according to terms and conditions.
  • Prepare cash flow statements for each project.
  • Follow up on client payments.
  • Present weekly reports to stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with contractors and clients.
  • Allocate work to subcontractors and monitor their progress.
  • Perform project audits versus actual reconciliations.
