Job Overview:

  • Evaluate aircraft component designs for conformity to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Review

Aircraft component design reviews encompass assessments of skin, stringers, front/rear spars, wing box ribs, central fuselage, nose, leading edge assembly, and trailing edge assembly.

Identify non-conformances from a design perspective and develop effective solutions.

Prepare detailed reports outlining necessary drawing packs and DPDS checks to address non-conformances.

Collaborate with stress assessment teams to verify design solutions.

Report critical technical issues through management channels.

Essential Skills:

Familiarity with applicable industry standards and procedures.

Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve design-related issues.

Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations.

Skills in reviewing and validating product designs.

Excellent problem-solving abilities to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Proven ability to prepare and present clear, concise documentation.
