Amazon Investigator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fraud Detection Expert to join our team at ADCI in Karnataka, India.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
This role involves taking appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating via email and telephone with buyers, merchants, and other external and internal customers, while maintaining Amazon's site quality by enforcing Amazon's Policy Guidelines.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a flexible work schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

- Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards
