Job Title: Compensation Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for managing the entire compensation lifecycle, from data collection to financial reporting.

  • Data Collection: You will collect and process timesheet data, payroll information, and other relevant documentation.
  • Payroll Processing: You will prepare and process paychecks, cash deposits, and other financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: You will create detailed financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.
  • Taxation and Compliance: You will ensure compliance with income tax regulations and prepare e-TDS filings and form no. 16.
  • Clients and Communications: You will respond to payroll-related inquiries, resolve concerns, and manage year-end activity.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4-6 years experience with a bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field.
  • Good communication skills (oral & written).
