Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee the development of our quality assurance function. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of underwriting processes, policy documentation, and insurance regulatory compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage a team of quality assurance analysts responsible for performing independent audits on underwriting work done by business process outsourcing partners.
    • Oversee quality assurance activities across key underwriting back-office processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of audit findings.
    • Monitor team productivity, manage audit sampling volumes, and ensure timely completion of reviews.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
    • Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; insurance certifications preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience in the P&C industry, including 4+ years overseeing QA functions and managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven expertise in underwriting processes for different geography regions and business lines.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in shared services or BPO environments with global insurance carriers.
  • Experience working with or overseeing vendor QA teams.
  • Knowledge of tools used in underwriting operations and workflow management.
