GlowRoad is a social commerce platform that allows sellers to sell their products to end customers via resellers. As an Advertising Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with sellers, driving ads revenue, and ensuring performance goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with sellers
- Be responsible for achieving and exceeding assigned ads revenue targets
- Engage with sellers on a daily basis to provide insights into their ad performance
- Work with sellers to ensure optimal utilization of their ad budgets
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as product, analytics, and marketing to ensure consistent seller support and alignment on advertising strategies

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven 2-3 years experience in account management, sales, or advertising, preferably with e-commerce or digital ads
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence sellers
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to seller needs
