Bancassurance Business Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Bancassurance Business Analyst. The successful candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in an Agile environment.

Role Overview:

The Bancassurance Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and deliver effective business solutions that support our bancassurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and systems.
  • Work with technical teams to design and implement effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the Insurance domain, with a strong understanding of bancassurance operations and Agile methodologies. If you have a passion for the insurance domain and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile setup, we'd love to connect with you.
