  • Troubleshoot production issues, own root-cause analysis, and ship fixes fast.
  • Partner with stakeholders and product teams to roll out enhancements that raise conversion KPIs.
Requirements
  • Startup drive – ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with big growth goals.
  • Proven knack for debugging & technical support in SaaS environments.
  • Fluency in JavaScript & TypeScript (Node.js or browser).
  • Sharp analytical thinking and obsessive attention to detail.
