Job Title: Maintenance Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of all plant utilities, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Your primary objective will be to ensure the reliable operation of critical systems, minimize downtime, and maintain compliance with GMP and safety regulations.

To achieve this, you will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, utility, and process equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and systems.
  • Manage HT/LT electrical systems, including transformers, switchgears, panels, cabling, and substations.
  • Supervise mechanical utilities and process equipment like HVAC systems, purified water systems, and other critical utilities.
  • Coordinate project schedules, equipment FAT, drawings, BOQs, and vendor documentation.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with GMP, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in maintaining and operating industrial facilities, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve underlying issues in equipment failures and system inefficiencies.
  • Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking, planning, and optimizing maintenance activities.
  • Accuracy in maintaining technical documentation, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance records.
