About the Role
  • This is a leadership position requiring experience in leading the operation and maintenance of a solar park of minimum 50 MW.
  • You'll need proven problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and in-depth knowledge of various modules and inverter types.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor, analyze, and implement action plans to meet set business targets, maintaining preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Closure of HSE / ESMS/ESMP / AHA audit and ATS points within deadlines.
  • RCA & CAPA implementation and reporting all incidences in line with Incident Management Standard.
  • Real-time SCADA monitoring, fault analysis, and team coordination & troubleshooting.
  • Daily documentation, logbooks, MIS reporting, and O & M Cost optimization.
  • Restore breakdowns quickly and maintain plant-related issues lists.
  • Analytics of plant performance parameters w.r.t. Plant design (PV syst).
Qualifications
  • B.E or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / EEE, preferably with Electrical Supervisory License.
  • 5-7 years of total experience; minimum 5 years in Solar O&M.
  • Worked on 33kV SS and transmission lines including trouble shooting preferred.
