Senior IT Asset Lifecycle Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records, performing regular audits, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all hardware assets.
- Performing regular audits to verify the accuracy of the asset inventory.
- Identifying hardware assets that have reached their end-of-life or are no longer in use and developing a secure and environmentally responsible disposal or recycling process.
- Preparing and presenting detailed asset performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT asset management system.
- Proficiency in managing the entire lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal.
- Experience with IT asset management (ITAM) software such as SolarWinds Asset Management tool, strong Excel knowledge, and basic BI.
- Knowledge of software licensing agreements, compliance, and auditing.
- Skills in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial planning related to IT assets.
