Job Title: Senior Software Solutions Architect

This role involves designing and developing high-quality, scalable applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting solutions, leading a development team, and ensuring code quality and performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable solutions using Java and other technologies.\
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.\
  • Oversee feature development and bug fixes to ensure no regressions are introduced.\
  • Collaborate with global teams to drive projects through the development lifecycle.\
  • Implement test automation using Jest and Playwright.\
  • Conduct performance analysis and optimizations during feature development and delivery.\
  • Architect and design solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.\
  • Provide accurate project estimations and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.\
  • Maintain high coding standards and enforce best practices and performance optimizations.\\

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Expertise in Java and related technologies, including best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization.\
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments.\
  • Experience working with global teams.\
  • Solid understanding of Micro Frontend (MFE) and Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures.\
  • Hands-on experience in test automation using Jest and Playwright.\
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.\\
