Job Title: Software Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Software Solutions Architect to lead the design and development of our business solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce, with a strong background in software development, maintenance, and support.

This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and performance of our business solutions by working closely with product teams and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications. You will be responsible for everything from implementing automation solutions to deploying code and maintaining detailed documentation.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Hands-on experience developing and integrating SFDC applications.
  • Experience maintaining SaaS and COTS solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of information systems, network technologies, and software development methodologies.

A Master's degree with experience or a Bachelor's degree with more extensive experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Salesforce Administrator certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Development & Enhancement: Support, monitor, maintain, and enhance existing business solutions using the Salesforce platform. This includes implementing automation solutions using Flow Builder, Apex triggers, and Workflow Rules.
  2. Configuration & Security: Implement and manage Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
  3. Deployment & Integration: Deploy code from sandbox to production environments using Salesforce Deployment Tools (Copado/Salesforce CLI). Work on integrating Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  4. Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve software bugs and performance issues. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications to ensure they operate smoothly.
  5. Documentation & Analysis: Maintain detailed documentation of software designs and development processes. Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into design specifications.

  • Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with global, virtual teams.
  • A high degree of initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
