Academic Guidance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Academic Guidance Specialist to play a pivotal role in guiding students and professionals towards achieving their academic and career goals.

Collaborating with top universities, we offer online and offline programs, career counselling, and mentorship opportunities. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and counsel to students on academic programs and career pathways
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information and resolve queries
  • Counsel students on program benefits, admission procedures, and career prospects
  • Maintain and update student records in the CRM system
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment and counselling targets
  • BUILD strong rapport with students and parents to ensure trust and long-term association
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Master's preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience as an Academic Counsellor, Student Advisor, or Telecounsellor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and convincing ability
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
