We are seeking a seasoned Product Director to spearhead our digital product strategy.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering high-impact products and a keen ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Product Vision: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a comprehensive product vision aligned with business objectives.
  • Gather Requirements: Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and gather stakeholder input to prioritize product requirements.
  • Translate Requirements: Convert product requirements into clear specifications, wireframes, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
  • Lead Agile Ceremonies: Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other agile ceremonies.
  • Monitor Performance: Analyze product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to iterate and improve continuously.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role in a tech or digital-first environment.
  • Delivering Products: Proven track record of delivering successful digital products or platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like Mixpanel, GA, and AppsFlyer.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Asana.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Agriculture Knowledge: Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sector Experience: Experience in sectors such as e-commerce or QSR.
  • Background: Background in UX, data analytics, or engineering is a plus.
