Financial Systems Expert

This role reports to the Financial Systems Manager and is responsible for critical tasks related to divisional financial systems testing, integration, support, and reporting.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting knowledge, with expertise in Indian Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Statutory Audit. US GAAP experience is considered an added advantage. The individual will be able to demonstrate proficiency in Record to Report (R2R) Reconciliation and data analysis.

This position involves working closely with the Financial Systems Team, Accounting Center, and Divisional Finance and Operations teams to provide support and maintenance of agency management systems. Responsibilities include testing and implementation of new functionality, resolving production issues, and maintaining finance and accounting reports.

  • Perform tasks related to testing and conversion of accounting data from branch agency management systems to central divisional systems, including data analysis and reconciliation of converted data.
  • Support agency management system accounting processes and users with production issues. Maintain organization of production support issues and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with internal and external development teams to test, implement, and resolve production issues and new functionality.
Requirements

An MBA – Finance, CA Inter, or post-graduate degree in Finance is required for this role.

A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in R2R Reconciliation is essential for success in this position.
