Job Title: Support Engineer - Application and Infrastructure

As a Support Engineer - Application and Infrastructure, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure and applications. Your responsibilities will include monitoring vital server parameters, reporting performance issues, and collaborating with teams to resolve technical errors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor infrastructure health and report any issues to the relevant teams.
  • Rerun failed tasks and ensure their successful completion.
  • Report technical errors to L2/L3 teams for resolution.
  • Update tickets with initial responses and gather additional details from business/end users or other teams as required.
  • Reproduce issues in the testing environment and provide inputs to L2 team members.
  • Validate issue fixes in the internal testing environment based on customer inputs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in application or infrastructure support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Java and scripting would be an added advantage.
  • SailPoint or IAM system support experience is desirable.
