About the Role

Audax is a forward-thinking company that empowers financial institutions to scale and modernize at speed. We're seeking an experienced delivery lead who can own the end-to-end delivery of Banking-as-a-Service solutions for enterprise clients.

This exciting opportunity involves managing client onboarding, solution design, and implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

  • Lead client discovery sessions to capture business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Translate client needs into actionable delivery plans covering integrations, deployment models, and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee solution design and platform assessments ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementations.
  • Support client integration, UAT, and go-live activities providing guidance on best practices for infrastructure, automation, and security.
  • Manage project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 4–7 years of experience in fintech, banking, or technology delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code, logging/monitoring tools, and security best practices.
