We are seeking a strategic Business Intelligence Lead to drive customer analytics initiatives. This role will shape promotion strategies, customer engagement, loyalty measurement, and advanced analytics adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business insights in areas such as promotion effectiveness, elasticity, and customer engagement.
- Define and operationalize KPIs that measure customer lifecycle health, retention, and loyalty.
- Prioritize the analytics backlog, balancing quick wins with deep-dive strategic analyses.
- Manage and mentor analysts, guiding them in methodology, prioritization, and problem-solving.
- Explore AI/ML tools to improve customer segmentation, churn prediction, and self-serve analytics.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to strengthen data infrastructure and quality standards.
- Communicate insights clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business insights, analytics, or customer intelligence, preferably in B2C retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- A strong track record in building and operationalizing customer metrics (e.g., retention, repeat, churn, CLTV).
- Hands-on expertise with analytics tools, dashboards, and SQL.
- Experience in leading an analytics team or mentoring analysts.
- Exposure to AI/ML applications in CRM is a strong plus.
